Maths-in-a-Box is designed to bring maths to life by relating it to every day contexts. It is a flexible resource offering ready-made lessons with teaching support to save teachers time and enrich existing Maths programs in the process. Levels 1,2 and 3 are available as boxed kits, each containing 175 activity cards, a book of worksheets provided as blackline masters and a teacher CD-ROM to help teachers use the resource in the classroom. Ideal for mixed ability classes, this resource can be used for independent student learning or for small group or whole-class investigations led by a teacher. Level 1 is also available as an interactive CD-ROM, a digital version of this popular resource that is ideal for use on an interactive whiteboard.
